About Prisha
Hi, I'm Prisha! I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Science with a Psychology major at the University of Sydney. I have a genuine passion for working with young children and helping them build confidence and foundational skills in a supportive, nurturing environment. My background includes hands-on experience in classroom settings, having filled in as a substitute teacher for younger children, as well as facilitating educational workshops for school-aged girls across different age groups and learning styles. I also completed an internship at an early intervention center, where I developed a strong understanding of child development and behavior. I am patient, warm, and adaptable and I believe every child learns differently, which is why I always tailor my approach to suit each individual learner.

My lessons are designed for children aged 3 to 10 who are just beginning their English language journey. As a Psychology student at the University of Sydney, I bring a strong understanding of how young children learn and develop, allowing me to tailor each session to your child's individual needs and pace. I have hands-on experience working with young children through classroom teaching and facilitated workshops, where I adapted my communication style to suit different ages and learning styles. Sessions are engaging, play-based, and encouraging — focused on building foundational skills like vocabulary, listening, speaking, and basic reading. Lessons typically run for 45 to 60 minutes and are kept fun and interactive to maintain young learners' attention and confidence.
