About Santwana
My teaching style is mostly focused on getting students to participate in class. To cater to everyone and make the material as entertaining as possible, I change my teaching methods.
To demonstrate my learning points, I like to use group exercises, colourful PowerPoint presentations, and even videos when available. This, I believe, is something that considerably enhances student interest and, in my experience, contributes to a better overall learning experience.
I am an expert at behavioural management, focusing on the three R's of RESPECT, RESPONSE, and learning THE RIGHT WAY. These have proven to be very useful over time.
