•Founder and director of a successful pre-university preparation institute in Venezuela, with a yearly intake of at least 40 students with a maximum of 100 for a single year, with up to 96% success ratio entry in the best Universities of South America and the USA
• Conducted comprehensive test review sessions which contributed to an increase of up to 30 percent in some students' grades
• Assisted students with computational problems ranging in complexity of simple trigonometric to advanced algebra problems

My greatest passion in life is: Teaching. I have been tutoring, teaching and developed high school tutoring institutes for more than 10 years, always focused in the student’s needs. My teaching philosophy is based on unleashing each student maximum capacity through different pedagogic techniques and showing the students how useful, fun and easy science & maths can be.
I usually tailor my classes and study plans for each student after a first free diagnostic meeting with the student, there I focused on the learner’s strengths and current skills to be re-enforced and linked to solve his or her own academic problems as well as the areas that might have room for improvement. This first meeting is really important for the plan of a “one off class” or study plan pending on the objective or desire outcomes of both the student and parents.
Usually my tutorials follow an initial 20% of the time explaining “type problems” most likely one as per student school class and best methodology to solve it, followed by the student now doing the same problem on his/her own …after completion some feedback and tips for improvements are given and new exercises pending on time and performance would be suggested.
