About Cori
Developing players often struggle when they try to treat the fretboard like a textbook instead of a stage. My work with students centers on building genuine performance habits developed over 8 years of gigging with just a guitar and a mic. With a BFA in Contemporary Music Performance, I translate complex concepts like scales, modes, and theory into tools for actual songs.
We prioritize practical application through chord transitions, strumming patterns, and barre chords to ensure you sound great. Handling electric technique or fingerpicking feels much more enjoyable when you see how they fit into a finished track. Helping people move from static exercises to fluid playing is honestly the best part of my job.
