About Randa
I started by obsessing over sound and technique in conservatoire. Truth be told, I initially found teaching as daunting as my first stage performance. Over 8 years, I have worked with everyone from absolute beginners to advanced players.
My focus stays on ELECTRIC TECHNIQUE and CHORD TRANSITIONS. I drill IMPROVISATION AND SOLOING alongside SCALES AND MODES for clarity. Strumming patterns usually reveal a student's true progress.

Players often freeze up when they try to improvise. Honesty is key, because I also struggled with soloing for years.
We dissect the fretboard through 8 years of direct experience. I focus on technical precision and rhythm. It is satisfying to hear a student finally lock into a groove. Those moments of clarity make the technical grind worthwhile.
