About Amelia
"Music provides a clarity that I aim to share. I teach because I love the mechanics of sound. During my 9 years of experience, I have worked with 226 students to refine their craft. My background involves a Bachelor of Music in Voice from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, which heavily influences how I teach phrasing and theory on the fretboard.
I focus on the structure of music to help you progress. You will find my methods are direct and highly effective. I enjoy seeing students connect with their instruments."

I often integrate grade exam prep for those who need a clear roadmap for their development. Sometimes we might slow down to focus on barre chords or specific finger placements until they feel natural. My 9 years of experience at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland inform the technical rigour I bring to each session.
I offer a structured environment for self-taught players who want to sharpen their skills. It is always a pleasure to support your progress from the cathedral-trained perspective I maintain."
