About Hannah
I am a guitar tutor with 5 years of experience and a Master of Music in Guitar Performance. My journey with guitar started with curiosity and slowly turned into a deep passion for sound and creativity. Over time, I realized that many learners struggle due to unclear practice methods, so I focus on making learning simple and structured.
My teaching style is patient and practical. I break down complex techniques into small, easy steps. I believe strong basics are the foundation of good guitar playing. I also encourage students to enjoy the learning process instead of rushing results. Every student learns at their own pace, and I adjust my teaching accordingly.
Outside teaching, I continue exploring different music styles and improving my own playing. This helps me stay active and connected with real musical practice. My goal is to help students feel confident, expressive, and free when they play guitar. I want them to enjoy every stage of their musical journey.

My guitar lessons begin with helping students feel comfortable with the instrument. I focus on correct hand positioning, finger strength, and simple chord shapes. Beginners learn how to hold the guitar without tension and produce clean sound from the start. I explain everything in simple steps so learners never feel confused. Strumming patterns are introduced slowly with clear rhythm guidance. Students also practice switching between basic chords in a relaxed and steady way. This builds confidence in early learning stages.
As students improve, I introduce scales, finger exercises, and rhythm variations. I guide them through easy songs that help connect practice with real music. Each lesson includes listening practice so students understand timing and sound quality. I also help them develop coordination between both hands. Mistakes are corrected gently so learners stay motivated. Practice routines are designed in small sections so students can improve step by step. This helps build strong control and accuracy over time.
Advanced learners focus on expression, solo playing, and musical creativity. I guide them in bending, vibrato, and tone shaping techniques. Students also learn how to build confidence in performance situations. My goal is to help every learner play with both skill and personal expression.
