About Lauren
Playing guitar is a constant practice of listening to the instrument. You might think that technical skill matters more than the actual sound produced. My 11 years of experience have proven otherwise time and again. I have helped 104 students navigate complex fingerpicking and acoustic technique.
Songwriting becomes accessible once you master basic strumming patterns. Power chords allow you to explore rock genres with ease. Barre chords often present a hurdle that we will overcome together.
My degree from the Royal College of Music informs how I teach music theory. I keep my energy high for all my students including advanced learners and hobbyists.

My degree from the Royal College of Music ensures that every technical lesson is grounded in solid theory. We can explore performance techniques for kids or focus on specific acoustic challenges.
