About Greer
I have 13 years of teaching experience and hold a Bachelor's Degree in Modern Guitar Performance. Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with musicians at many different levels, helping them develop both technical skills and artistic confidence. Teaching allows me to share my passion for music in a meaningful way.
My teaching philosophy emphasizes clear instruction, consistency, and creative exploration. I encourage students to understand the musical ideas behind what they play while developing strong technical foundations. Every learner receives guidance tailored to their goals.
One of the most fulfilling parts of teaching is seeing students grow into independent musicians. I enjoy helping learners discover their unique strengths and musical identity. My aim is to create lessons that inspire confidence, creativity, and long-term success.

My guitar lessons focus on helping students become versatile musicians through balanced technical and creative development. We explore rhythm techniques, fingerstyle playing, chord mastery, lead guitar skills, improvisation, ear training, and musical interpretation through structured activities. Every lesson encourages growth while maintaining enjoyment and motivation.
I use repertoire studies, technical drills, guided improvisation exercises, listening tasks, and performance preparation strategies to strengthen musicianship. Students develop coordination, timing, and musical confidence through consistent practice and practical application. Learning remains engaging and goal-oriented.
Each lesson plan is adapted to suit the student's individual needs and ambitions. Whether preparing for performances, examinations, recording projects, or personal growth, learners receive detailed support and constructive feedback. My goal is to help students become capable and expressive guitar players.
