About Filippo

-I am experienced in tutoring kids, as well adults. -Every student has different goals to achieve, I've helped them to achieve their specific goals in the least time possible. -I am a professional guitarist with 10 years of experience in live and studio session. - I create bespoke lessons for each student I get.

About the lesson

I am a professional guitarist experienced in most styles of music such as rock, blues, metal, pop, funk, and soul. I am available for lessons in guitar and music theory and I cater to beginners as well as those at an intermediate level and beyond. My lessons are a combination of practice and theory so you will not only learn how to play a chord or a song, but you will also understand how chords and scales are related to each other. I'm experienced in teaching kids and adults, I hold an enhanced DBS check, and I can also help you out if you are looking to attend a grade examination. To keep you from getting bored, I strive to make my lessons fun and interactive as I always provide bespoke studying materials. They are personalised to fit your needs – whether you’ve recently picked up a guitar, you are on a more advanced level, or you need more inspiration and motivation to develop your existing skills. I have a YouTube channel that offers video tutorials for some topics we will cover. I love teaching and my greatest reward is to hear you play great music and see you achieve your goals! It is an extra £5-10 approx if the lesson is conducted at your house (depending on how far I have to travel). Cancellation policy - at least 24h before the start of the lesson. I was one of Filippo's students and can personally vouch for what an awesome and dedicated tutor he makes! As well as being super patient with me (as a beginner!) and willing to go over sections of a song in detail till I could master it, I can also say what a truly talented guitarist and musician he is. He has this admirable ability to pick up any rift and turn into something amazing. He has personally inspired me to continue playing guitar - of course I can only dream of reaching his skill level, but I am getting better and better! He made the lessons fun and would give me constructive feedback which was really useful. He also provided worksheets which I could take home for my own personal study.
