About Tom
I am 21 years old and have been playing guitar since I was 7 and electric since 11. I am passionate about music and find guitar to be the most natural feeling way to play it. I am able to put myself in the shoes of someone getting used to the guitar, or struggling with a certain technique or passage, so find myself able to see where they are coming from and what they need to focus on, which allows me to teach in a personalised way.

I can teach guitar to people of any age, either from scratch or for someone who already plays but wants to improve. I would help you find your strengths and weaknesses and show you how to improve upon these in a way adapted to your taste in music (ie. by using exercises or songs that may emphasise a certain technique or musical element in some way, or by learning gradually more and more advanced pieces)
Lesson times are flexible, could be between 30 minutes and 2 hours.
I have taught friends and family, but am new to professional tutoring. I am patient and good at seeing how to hone in on certain skills and what to hone in on, so think I should make a good tutor.
