About Jasmine

Growing up multilingual, I developed a passion for French language and culture early on in life. I came across a children's book in French, and determined to learn to read it, I embarked on my journey of discovering this fantastic language. Some of my favorite authors are French - Balzac and Hugo among others. I've spent over 5 years in classrooms passing on the same passion to my students, and am happy to report that many of them have moved to French-speaking parts of the world, or are studying linguistics to enhance their careers. Seeing my students succeed is my success!

About the lesson

My approach is student centered, and based on active learning principles. I don't lecture, I engage students! I habitually add elements of fun, making heavier concepts easy to grasp. I provide resources for listening, speaking, reading and writing, covering all topics set by the CEFR, as well as school requirements.
