About Salomé
A graduate in psychology and public health, I am passionate about health and well-being. I discovered yoga 10 years ago but it took a long time before I felt the desire to start teaching.
I am a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher, as well as pre and post-natal yoga by the Bernadette de Gasquet Institute. I offer Hatah yoga and pre and post-natal yoga classes, individually or in groups, all around Paris.
I also offer introductions to mindfulness, based on the MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction) program, as well as guided imagery and relaxation.
I see yoga as a tool of health and well-being promotion and would love to share it with you!

My classes are based on the needs of my students. I start each session with a little "emotional weather report" in order to find out what my students want and need (relaxation, energy, calm etc.).
I practice Hatha Yoga in order to go explore every posture in depth. I am passionate about pregnancy and birth and also offer courses for pregnant women and young mothers using the De Gasquet method.
I believe that that it's not the posture that counts but the path to get there. Thus, breathing, posture and alignment are at the heart of my classes.
