About Tamar
I discovered the world of yoga while searching for calm, presence, and depth — and since then, it has become a home for me.
Over the years, I have deepened my studies and personal practice, and today I guide practitioners along this path — one that invites movement, breath, and inner stillness.
I believe that everyone deserves a safe and nurturing space where they can meet themselves through their body and breath, without pressure or judgment.
My approach combines gentleness with precision, presence with freedom, and is always personally tailored to the person in front of me — whether it’s a first session or an ongoing practice.

If you feel the weight of stress building — in your body, mind, or breath — if your body feels stiff, movement feels heavy, or you simply don’t have a moment to pause… my classes are designed just for you.
From the very first session, most students notice relief: breath opening up, layers of tension beginning to release, and a sense that the body is finally given space. And as you continue practicing, the transformation only grows.
Your body becomes lighter and more flexible, your mind clearer, and your inner balance restored.
In practice, we combine breath, gentle movement, and awareness — a blend that fosters energetic renewal. Gradually, you shed what no longer serves you: tension, stress, and patterns that restrict. In their place, there’s room for ease, lightness, and calm — feelings that extend beyond the mat.
No prior experience is needed. Just come as you are, and I will guide you step by step toward comfort, stability, and renewed presence in both body and breath.
