About Robert
I am a teacher of 23 years experience. I have Qualified Teacher Status and a DBS. I have a degree and a masters degree as well as my PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education- professional teacher certificate). I am a clear communicator and I do my best to understand what works for an individual student in terms of their learning. I enjoy talking about the broader aspects of science in society which helps to make the subjects more relevant.

The key to my teaching is to have good communication in order to plan appropriate lessons at the correct level. I have access to a large range of resources. I am patient and will match the level of work covered to the individual students needs. I have a degree in Geology and an MSc in Mineral Exploration. My lessons last an hour. I have been teaching Science and Maths for 23 years to GCSE level. I can teach separate Chemistry, Physics and Biology to GCSE level.
