"Living in Sydney while balancing a life of linguistics has been a rewarding path for 13 years. I often tell my students that language is not just a subject but a key to a different way of seeing the world. With my MA TESOL and BA Romance Languages from USyd, I provide a structured lens for studying French.

I work with working professionals, kids, and adults, adjusting my techniques to match their unique learning speed. My expertise covers accent and intonation, which I find vital for achieving true conversational fluency.

I am also comfortable teaching business French for those needing specific corporate vocabulary. Beyond the grammar, I emphasize cultural context because that is where the soul of the language lives. I find it very satisfying to see a student finally grasp a difficult pronunciation point after weeks of effort.

Providing a space where students feel comfortable to make mistakes is a core part of my work. It is truly enjoyable to watch that lightbulb moment when a student speaks their first full, natural sentence."
