I am a skilled chemist with 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to graduate school, I was in the Peace Corps in West Africa, taught at Villanova University, and I currently teach high school chemistry. I love teaching, playing guitar and cooking food.

I'm friendly and patient, but I view my job as a coach. A coach pushes his player to her best by practicing and perfecting the fundamentals. We will practice problems that you are likely to see on chemistry tests. With practice, those problems are not that scary.
