About Sylvia
"Completing a Bachelor of Music in Popular Music from the Queensland Conservatorium and a Licenciatura in Argentina gave me a deep, technical foundation to share with you. You deserve a mentor who understands both the physiology of the voice and the nuance of stage presence.
I have guided 110 students through the hurdles of performance, drawing on my 13 years of experience as a native Spanish speaker and performer. Whether you are prepping for grade exams or looking to manage nerves, we will make it happen. I love seeing the moment a student finds their true sound. "Singing is less about the throat and more about the entire body working as an instrument. High notes feel easy when your breathing is properly managed. I incorporate belting techniques and precise diction to help you navigate different genres, from pop to musical theater. You will receive recorded warm-up routines shared for daily home practice to ensure your vocal health remains a top priority.
Expect clear instruction on pitch control and microphone technique. It is simple but effective. My training at the Queensland Conservatorium informs every session I lead. You are in capable hands."
