Depending on your profile, I can orient the course more towards the practice of so-called "physical" postural yoga, meditations - pranayamas - original mantras, or deepening of Indian philosophy. I have 5 years of personal practice.
My courses focus on learning intelligence; in particular, the yoga postures will be detailed according to your physiognomy and I will make you understand the muscular intelligence of the body behind each posture.
I was trained in the Kundalini Tantra lineage, in India, after having lived with an Indian master of the Himalayas.
In parallel, I have bases in neuroscience and am in training in psychology.
Beginners welcome, also confirmed. In fact, we all come from the same place, the most important thing is to take a step every day ... ;-)
