About Catherine
I am a qualified nutrition educator with a Master’s degree in Health and Nutrition and over two years of experience teaching nutrition courses. I combine scientific knowledge with practical, realistic cooking guidance so students feel confident applying what they learn in their own kitchens.
Having visited more than 50 countries, I am comfortable working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and culinary traditions. I respect different food preferences, budgets, and lifestyles, and I tailor each session to meet individual goals. My teaching style is structured, supportive, and evidence-based, ensuring students receive professional, reliable guidance every step of the way.
