About Toivo

I am a student studying at tuks. I attended Michaelhouse in KZN and fell in love with fitness there. My love of fitness allowed me to lose 24 kg and attain the body I had always dreamed of.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology is that I promote a healthy lifestyle which one leads from within. When someone sees the progress and positive aspects of leading a healthy life, one begins to forget a prior life of bad habits
