About Anirudh
I was part of the first batch at Ashoka University and graduated with academic distinction in Economics and International Relations with a minor in Performing Arts!
I presently work as a documentary developer and head business development for the content house I work in.
Prior to this, I was working at a public policy consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, focused on data analytics, field research, etc.
I want to convey the courage in making unconventional choices as well as the ability to work hard on oneself, especially if students are scared of a subject. Mathematics fortunately/ unfortunately is an integral part of the world. Therefore, I want to provide students with the skills to confidently confront the subject.

I believe all pupils sitting in a class must understand the concepts taught.
In order to achieve this, the first step would be to create a participatory environment with lack of judgement so students can ask questions.
Another, mechanism I believe in is peer learning. Where children who have understood a concept work with the children that are still comprehending the problem. Many a times peers can convey concepts in a language and tone that adults may not.
