I seek to individualize my instruction to best suit each student. My lessons are for students who struggle to improve their reading skills or just need some reinforcement. I have worked with students with a range of disabilities including dyslexia, autism, specific learning and intellectual disabilities. A "typical lesson" with me all depends on the student's individual needs! You can expect frequent progress checks to accompany lessons in order to ensure we are learning. If progress is not where we'd like it to be I adjust instructional techniques to ensure each student is getting the teaching that best suits them!
