About Audrey
Outside of teaching, I enjoy reading, hiking, and baking. To create a more engaging learning environment, I love integrating my students' interests into the lessons I will be teaching. This is so that the students will be engaged within their learning. All of my teaching is focused on the student. If it isn't, then the student will have no interest in what is being taught.

My lessons would be centered around students who are grades K-6. I also am able to work with students on social skills as well as academics. A typical lesson would be to first gauge where the student may need more assistance. Afterwards, the lesson would be specifically centered around the student. For example, if the student is struggling with reading, breaking words apart. We would work on first different sounds a letter can make and build up to combining the letters together to make a word. After no time, your student will be reading fluently!
