About Nissa
I have been working in the fitness industry for the last 3 years and am also a professional dancer with 12 years of world-class training under my belt. I have trained overseas at the Royal Ballet School and in many established schools in the US such as the San Francisco Ballet School. I am incredibly passionate about helping people gain a better understanding of how our bodies work and how we can use them to best support a long and happy life!

Perfect! She has a great, very professional background in ballet and personal training. She gives very nice individualized attention; and has a quick way of picking out corrections, and areas to focus on. I loved my first lesson and will schedule many more with Nissa!
