About Liliane

Following a double degree in law and literature, I went abroad to find a job that looked like me.

Faced with the obvious difficulties in finding a job, I have been able through my professional career to make myself more attractive and adapt to the companies to which I sent my application.

I created a unique CV for each sector of activity to which I applied: education or hotel and catering. And I can assure you that my application was successful every time.

My goal today is to be able to help people with will and ability to get the job of their dreams. My desire is really to guide and inform candidates who may not know "where to start" or "how to go about it" by de-dramatizing the entire process of an application.

There is a rare pearl in each of us, we just need to find it.

About the lesson

My lessons will be based mainly on the student and his personality.

- Concerning the CV :

The goal being to create a truly personalized CV, I spend a good part of the course asking questions to the student in order to better understand his personality and bring out the most attractive aspects for a recruiter.

- Concerning the cover letter :

Growing competition in all business sectors requires a CV completed by a cover letter. It is an essential element much more than the CV itself and it is what will make the difference between two candidates with equal skills. You will be judged on your spelling first, your writing style then and finally on the messages you convey there. I will serve as assistance throughout this sometimes difficult drafting in order to create a unique paper document that looks like you.

- Regarding the professional interview:

This is where everything is played out. A candidate who is insecure or expressing himself in an unprofessional manner reduces his chances of hiring. I will also help you at this level in order to orient you on : methods of presenting yourself to a recruiter, stress management, non-verbal language or even how to take care of your speech.

Finally, each of my interventions is generally oriented on the motivation and self-confidence of the person, which are not always obvious concepts. Know that you are important and that you certainly have great qualities that you are just ignoring for the moment.
