About Ellie

I have 2 years dance class experience in ballet and lyrical dancing. Along the way I have found other dancing styles that I love and taught to myself. In the beginning of my dance classes I was the worst dancer…but in less than a year and with so many extra hours of practice I was better than most girls in the class. I found a love for dancing and a confidence I never thought I would have. I want to help you have that! It takes time and practice but together we can do it. Give me a chance and I can show you the beauty of loving dance.

About the lesson

I will take my time and help you break down each move. My goal is to help students understand and learn moves, also helping them create choreography. If what I am saying doesn’t make sense, tell me and we will take a deep breath then find a new approach! I have a few kinds of dance that I am familiar with and want to help you with your moves. I understand the frustration with being a young dancer with everyone else being better than you… I am determined to make your dancing a lot more confident and noticeable by others. These lessons will work best for 7th-10th graders. I am not opposed to taking younger students, but I ask they be able to follow instructions and pay attention for a decent amount of time.
