About Cristiane
Hi! I’m Cristiane, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and licensed Zumba Instructor. I graduated from SBCC in Physical Education and absolutely love what I do — bringing joy through Samba, Forró, Axé, and Funk, energetic Brazilian rhythms that make every workout fun! I chose dance because it changed my life, helping me find myself when I felt lost. Knowing the power of art, music, and movement, I decided to make a living doing what I love — and here I am! My mission is to help you feel stronger, healthier, and happier while moving, smiling, and celebrating your body. Hope to meet you soon!
