I am patient and realize each student has their own learning abilities. Identify each student's strong point and what they can relate to and teach them from there. All students have the same abilities to learn. Some just need a little more one-on-one time with their teachers. Unfortunately, most teachers are unable to accommodate some students' needs because of class size.
