About Araf
Hello! My name is Araf and I have been playing guitar for a little over 5 years. I've been able to perform many times around the states and one of my biggest shows being in Canada having an attendance of 1,200 people. I've also started making my own music recently too.
I've always wanted to spread the love of guitar. Yes, it can be hard to learn at first but once you get a flow with it, you seem unstoppable and it's the best feeling.
One of the main reasons I wanted to start tutoring guitar was because classes around New York have been very expensive and I want to be a cheaper alternative. Art should never be expensive to be taught.

I make teaching easy to understand, perfect for a beginner to intermediate guitar player. I've learned and studied many genres so if a student would prefer focusing on a specific genre, I can be there to help.
A typical lesson plan of mine consists of a simple to understand lesson for class, leading to a piece of homework to help the student learn faster and gain stronger skills at guitar.
What sets me apart is that I do everything I can so that the student can fully understand the lesson and be able to really benefit from it.
My lessons would be suitable for a beginner to intermediate student.
