About Sahana
I am currently a freshman at Signature School with 11 years of experience in classical and contemporary piano. I am actively involved and have completed several extracurricular activities, including band, Model UN, speech, cross country, musical theatre, tennis, academic bowl, and track. Through these activities, I have developed strong time management, discipline, and communication skills. As a piano instructor, I am patient, organized, and committed to helping beginner and elementary students build confidence and develop a strong musical foundation in a supportive learning environment.

-I typically teach beginner level for those who are brand new to piano and want to be able to advance in learning quickly
-Since I am a student, I can only do lessons for an hour on weekends on both Saturday and Sunday. On breaks and holidays, such as spring break and winter break, I can give lessons daily. However, I may have other plans and conflicts that may lead to not giving lessons at a certain time, but I will let the students know beforehand.
-I would also like to add that lessons can also typically be 30-minute sessions if desired. This option actually works better for me since I am usually busy and this will run quicker for $15 per session. Please let me know if you want lessons for an hour/$30 or 30 min/$15.
-Most tutors and teachers may have been learning since their teens or elementary school years, but I have been learning since I was three years old. Due to my experience of being taught at a younger age, I believe I know what's the best way to teach beginners that are younger, and I typically get along well with children.
-These lessons are for anyone that's a beginner or in elementary level, like I said before. I usually prefer anyone that is aged 2-17, but age isn't a huge deal for me.
