About Arif

I am Head Coach for a martial arts club ((concealed information) or over 13 years. I have also been teaching online over 2 years and have a 5 star rating on Google for all my sessions, both online and face to face. I am great with teaching kids and adults and get you to become more confident, fitter and skilled in this. My students also include those who are now professional mixed martial arts competitors.
I have enhanced DBS and have been providing an excellent services to all people.

About the lesson

I am a mixed martial arts coach and I specialise in submission wrestling , Karate and Muay Thai.

I have students who are competing amateur and professional level, and and one of them has a unbeaten record professionally.

I can come and teach at your place(provided if there is safe space) or you can come to mine.

I have the equipments needed at home, though most of them are portable if needed to bring to yours

I will coach and mentor you to a winning mentality, hard work and effort. We will go through effective techniques and increase your physical and mental strength.

As a coach , I will mentor you to get to your goals, so I'm happy to coach beginners and aspiring professionals.

My specialization is around striking techniques , grappling and mixed of both.

My sessions will involve doing a workout, going through range of techniques based on your goals.

Arif is more than just an amazing sensei, because he is an amazing friend too.
I meet him in my daughter school, he did after school club. He helped me and my daughter to improve our confidence and techniques. He is very good with kids, he is very patient and he is also very supportive. He is not just pass it to you your child after the session, he give you time to talk to you about the child, if you ask he let you to observe the session. Gives opportunity to every child, even SEN children to join the group. Kids love him.
He do adult sessions and online sessions too.
I never heard anyone to complain about him. What I see is just growing group numbers.
Come and join his session and see with your own eyes, what I talking about.
