About Busola
I am a recent graduate of the University of Exeter and the University of Bristol with bachelor degrees in English and American Literature and Law. In addition, I also possess a Master's degree in Commercial law. I have worked primarily with corporate law firms that specialize in Commercial Law which have enabled me with the requisite skills of becoming a diligent and meticulous individual.
Furthermore, I have spent the last two years working remotely with Ringle Educational Services which is a South Korean platform based in Seoul. I was given the opportunity to tutor top professionals who work who work at multinational companies and this enabled me to not only enhance their English proficiency through discussions centred on business cases and current events but also to advance key skills such as widening their vocabulary, correcting their grammar and pronunciation and developing their cultural fluency. Hence, I enjoy working with people who have a keen interest in furthering their education whether its for personal or professional use.
Moreover, my career goal is to be a solicitor and work in a magic circle law firm in England and eventually in Nigeria. Focusing especially on Commercial law, where dynamic areas such as agency, passing of property in hire purchase from sale of goods, and credit sales are pertinent and are fundamental factors that make up its legal framework.
Outside of academia, I enjoy, singing, dancing and writing. Writing in particular is very therapeutic for me as I am able to channel all of my thoughts. I am an avid reader who enjoys reading anything from romance novels to science fiction and autobiographies. Currently, I am reading The Autobiography of Malcom X which is an incredibly powerful that touches on so many issues that are still prevalent in today's society.
