About Stella
Currently, I am studying History and French at King’s College London (KCL). I am a determined and ambitious student who achieved nine 9s at GCSE and one 8. Additionally, I was awarded the French academic scholarship and the Nevill Trust scholarship at my sixth form. Outside of studying, I have completed bronze, silver, and gold DofE awards and I now participate in the History Society, Law Society, and Accounting and Finance Society. My hobbies include reading, baking, going to the gym, and playing hockey for GKT's 2nd Team at KCL.

As a volunteer history teacher for over a year, I have experience in helping students reach their true potential. With help of the student we will locate where their limitations lie in their subject. From there I will help the student with revision tips, grammar help, and other useful information tailored to the student’s needs. This could include help with vocab learning or how to include complex structures like the subjunctive to get top marks. This would apply to tutoring for other subjects too, please don’t hesitate to enquire if you’re interested. I would provide a light-hearted and friendly atmosphere for the student; I feel it is important they feel open-minded instead of on edge when tackling a difficult subject. I am flexible in regard to length of the session and I offer tutoring to A level, GCSE, KS3, and younger students.
