About Tanu
I am a Ph.D. in Botany from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, and a Gold Medalist in Ecological Sciences, with a strong academic foundation in Botany and Zoology. I bring rigorous subject expertise combined with a clear, student-focused teaching style. I have mentored undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students, helping them strengthen concepts, improve academic performance, and approach research with confidence. My sessions are structured, punctual, and goal-oriented, with clear outcomes for every class. I maintain high professional standards, respect students’ time and learning pace, and create a supportive environment where questions are encouraged and complex ideas become approachable and manageable.

My teaching approach is concept-first and research-oriented. I focus on simplifying complex biological and ecological concepts using real-life examples, clear diagrams, and logical connections so students understand the “why” behind every topic, not just the definitions.
Each class follows a structured flow: a brief assessment of prior understanding, detailed explanation of core concepts, application to exams or research contexts, and a short revision to reinforce retention. Sessions are interactive, and students are encouraged to ask questions freely.
What sets me apart is my ability to combine PhD-level depth with simple, student-friendly explanations, along with smart memorization strategies that improve long-term recall.
My classes are intended for undergraduate and postgraduate students, and competitive exam aspirants, and adult learners in Botany, Ecology, Soil science, and Environmental Science.
