About Rory
I am a current nursing student at a well-known program in New Hampshire. I am a peer tutor for my college in many different nursing courses. I am a strong tutor because I have worked very hard to try different study techniques to see what works for me. I know what it is like to struggle in a course and I have made it through with great grades once I figured out what techniques worked best for me. I have a passion for helping students understand concepts and helping them succeed.

I use concept maps to distinguish the differences between drug categories and create a visual that breaks down the unique factors. I typically will ask for a specific drug class (ex: HTN meds) and I will map out the drugs prior to our lesson. I will then have a visual with key points for you to have a copy of. I will go through each category with you and help with memorization techniques as well as asking questions to ensure retention and understanding. These lessons are for students in bachelors level pharmacology classes, specifically nursing students.
