About Maahi
Hi! My name is Maahi, and I am a Biology and Pharmacology student with experience in research, mentorship, and academic support. Throughout my studies, I have developed strong skills in explaining complex concepts in a clear and approachable way, helping students build both understanding and confidence.
I have experience working with students of different ages through tutoring, mentoring, and educational outreach programs. My goal is to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes as part of the learning process.
I am patient, organized, and committed to helping each student reach their academic goals. Whether you need help preparing for a test, completing assignments, or strengthening your understanding of a subject, I will tailor our sessions to your individual needs and learning style. I take a student-centered approach to tutoring, focusing on building understanding rather than memorization. What sets me apart is my ability to make difficult subjects approachable and engaging. As a university student with research and mentoring experience, I understand both the academic content and the challenges students face when learning it.
My lessons are suitable for elementary, high school, and first/second year undergraduate students, particularly in biology, chemistry, health sciences, mathematics, and study skills development. I can provide support with coursework, exam preparation, assignments, and building strong foundational knowledge.
