About Shahab
Having gained industry experience, I have now decided to follow a teaching career. I realise my satisfaction is in helping others to achieve to the best of their ability. I establish the individual need beforehand; I tailor lessons for the individual; I review progress regularly. Over a 3 year period, I have tutored both talented, less able, advantaged and disadvantaged students. An outstanding success was a student whom I coached to achieve an A* in maths. I tutored students with low motivation to achieve the grades that they required.

I have tutored students in Physics and Mathematics at all levels and of different abilities. I differentiate my style to suit the needs and aspirations of each individual student. I place greater emphasis on the student's choice of topics whilst ensuring nothing important is omitted. My lessons normally last for one hour but this can be flexible. I have an honours degree in Physics and Maths from Warwick University. I have excellent A Level results in Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry. I tutor Maths, Further Maths and Physics for GCSE and A Level.

Perfect! Shahab has been tutoring my son Alex for a few weeks now. Alex has ADHD and dyslexia and can lose focus when studying. Shahab’s enthusiasm and engaging style has helped Alex to get the most out of the sessions. Shahab has helped Alex to understand topics he’s struggled with previously. We’re very happy with Alex’s progress and will be continuing with the sessions
