About Jo
Hi, I’m Jo, an ESL teacher from Ireland, now living in Sicily. I specialise in IELTS Speaking and have an excellent track record helping students achieve the scores they need for university admission and visa applications. My students often come to me stuck at Band 6, and I help them unlock their full potential to reach Band 7 and above.
I focus on practical strategies, real exam practice, and building confidence. I believe that most students already have the English skills they need — they just need guidance to use them effectively in the IELTS Speaking test. My lessons are friendly, focused, and results-driven, designed to help you improve quickly while enjoying the learning process.
