About Pari
Hello, I’m a recent A-level student in Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Computer Science, and I will soon be studying Physics at Imperial College London. Having recently gone through these courses myself, I understand the challenges involved and the most difficult areas.
I’m passionate about teaching because I enjoy helping others develop and build the same confidence and understanding that made these subjects enjoyable for me. A difficult concept finally becoming clear is truly rewarding, and I aim to create lessons where students can achieve the same feeling.
Through my own experience preparing for exams, I have explored many revision methods: with the most effective, science-backed study methods, I aim to help students making each minute worth their time.

I offer structured lessons for GCSE and A-level students in Maths/Further Maths, Physics and Computer Science. Having recently completed A-levels in these subjects and been predicted A* grades, I am now preparing for my Physics degree at Imperial College London. I understand current specifications, common misconceptions and areas where students often struggle, as well as what examiners look for in high-mark responses.
Each lesson is tailored to the student’s individual needs and learning style. During the first session, we work together to identify weaker topics, prioritising these in a personalised structured plan to effectively reach the student's goals. Once a solid foundation is reached, the student progresses to exam-style questions, where I guide the student in using the best methods for calculations and knowledge application. I analyse each student's progress to ensure they are confident for their exams.
From personal experience, I understand that success in Maths, Physics and Computer Science relies on genuine understanding rather than memorisation. In my teaching, I decompose each complex topic into the fundamentals they already know well, which allows the student to apply their knowledge to any unfamiliar question.
Sessions are typically one hour long although I am happy to adjust the length if the student deems necessary. Students are encouraged to ask questions throughout to ensure they gain maximum value from their time.
