About Vusimani
I am currently pursuing a master's degree in Financial Markets at Rhodes University. I started giving private tutoring from 2017 and the love for teaching was established when I was appointed as a faculty Accounting 1 tutor back in 2016 at Rhodes University. From there I never looked back. I have invested my time and effort into education that now if I spend the whole day without sharing/transferring information I feel like it was an unproductive day. I have strong and solid background knowledge and content of the subjects I'm tutoring. I am particularly interested in nurturing people’s ability and empowering them to think creatively so that the society will have responsible and active citizens. What is more interesting about my background is that my research interest and career path are significantly aligned with the goals and focus of the Education sector. Therefore, I offer Mathematics, Economics and Accounting classes from grade 8 to first-year undergrad level. WITH ME IN YOUR CORNER MATHEMATICS, ACCOUNTING and ECONOMICS WILL SEEM LIKE A BREEZE.

I conduct my classes on different platforms. The platforms are determined by a number of factors such as the number of learners or students I'm tutoring, the venue I'm using and the subject content knowledge of each student. Before I start my classes I ask the class to tell more about the chapter we are about to do. I further examine the topic subject knowledge by asking them questions which are related to the topic under review which will help me assess the chapter knowledge they already know. Here I'm looking for the topic objectives and content knowledge. These questions enhance the teaching methodology that enables me to create a space that is productive and conducive for transferring wisdom to each of my students. I work with the needs of each student. Transform your time into results, be precisely and I'll be productive.

Details
My rates vary according to the type of lesson (e.g. individual or group) and the venue. Rates are determined by whether a student comes to me or I go to them. is it a group class or an individual class. The first two lessons are for FREE and a student will determine whether we continue or not. Assignments/project/test and exam preparations are not part of the package but we can arrange for that service.
