In 2015, I graduated with a bachelor of arts degree from Simon Fraser University in the faculty of education and I completed my intensive 200-hour yoga teacher training through Semperviva Yoga College in 2013. I have specializations areas as well.

I have a strong passion for maintaining wellness through mindfulness-based practices and strength training. Fitness, sports, yoga and meditation play an integral part of my day-to-day life. Having played collegiate volleyball, I learned that self-discipline, consistent practice and teamwork are necessary for accomplishing any goal. My knowledge and experience will enable me to make a valuable contribution to clients looking to achieve their wellness goals.
