About Davin Dap
I was trained JKD concepts which means I have bits and pieces of the practical use of techniques from various martial arts.
Before training, I had real world experience of being in self defense altercations… what I taught myself up to that point saved my life. I can now look at any martial art and see what works and what does not.
Fitness wise: I was taught conditioning and body toughening exercises that keep me fit until this day, even with a limited amount of time to workout.

True martial arts training is not about the perfection of a specific technique but the practical application of its principle. I will teach you conditioning, scripting, meditation, similarities and differences in martial techniques so you can express your martial talents.
Martial tactics begin with distance or range. We will start with hand to hand combat which begins in the Kickboxing range. Move into trapping and then grappling. Techniques come from various arts so you will not be stuck in one system but you will be able to apply the principles to any martial system that has a technique in that range.
I will show you how music and movies can actually aide in your private practice.
