About Nini

I’m Nini, a self-taught DJ from Batumi, Georgia, with experience mixing and performing across Georgia, the U.S., and South Korea. From the underground scenes of Providence and Brooklyn to Seoul’s late-night parties, I’ve carved out my own voice behind the decks, mixing techno, acid, and house with a focus on storytelling, emotion, and pure energy.

I didn’t go to a DJ school. I learned by doing, by messing up, getting back up, and pushing through. That’s exactly the kind of teaching I offer, honest, no-gimmick guidance rooted in real-life experience. Whether you want to play at clubs, throw your own parties, or just learn for yourself, I’ll help you build your sound, confidence, and flow! :)

About the lesson

Want to start DJing but have no idea where to begin? I totally get it because when I started, I was just a girl with a controller and a big obsession with music! I taught myself everything from scratch, played my first gig within two months, and now I’ve played sets from Georgia to New York to Seoul. If I can do it, so can you, and I’ll show you how.

My lessons are super hands-on and designed to make you actually enjoy learning. No pressure, no exhausting theory unless you’re into that (even then, we can make it fun and simple!). Just real, practical stuff that gets you mixing fast and feeling good doing it.

Here’s what we’ll do:
– Get comfy with the gear (CDJs, controller, or whatever you’ve got, we’ll make it work),
– Learn beatmatching, EQing, and transitions that feel smooth and sound amazing,
- Learn about phrasing, mixing with key, and other technical stuff to level up your mixing,
– Build a music library that’s totally you, no more random playlists!
– Practice structuring a set that flows, tells a story, and makes people move,
– Most importantly, get you confident and ready to share your sound, live or online!

Every session is chill but productive; we’ll laugh, mess up, try again, and you’ll get better every time. Whether you want to throw your own party, DJ with friends, or just vibe out alone, I’ll help you get there in your own style.
