About Tyra
My first training was done at CorePower Yoga in Chicago, Illinois. After that, I managed CorePower Yoga in Kansas City for four years. I got my master's in Ayurvedic healing and Ashtanga, then my mat Pilates license in Sydney, Australia, along with reformer. I am certified in Yoga Sculpt, Vinyasa Ashtanga, Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, and Barre.
