Composition: I am particularly interested in working with younger composers to develop new and existing work toward a professional level portfolio, but am also open to teaching absolute beginners! I also teach electronic music (DAWs, Max/MSP) and media technologies.
Theory: I am able to teach core music theory and history concepts like harmonic analysis, modal counterpoint, common practice music history, or more specialized topics like post-tonal analysis, 20th century musical aesthetics, Chinese music, etc.
