About Regai

I am a passionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher, internationally certified Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) professional, and ABA Supervisor with over six years of experience in special education, inclusive teaching, and behavior support.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Special and Additional Learning Needs at the University of East London. I am also a UAE Ministry of Education-certified SEN Teacher, an International Behavior Analyst (IBA), a Qualified Autism Services Practitioner-Supervisor (QASP-S), and a member of the International Behavior Analysis Organization (IBAO) Professional Advisory Board.

Throughout my career, I have worked in mainstream schools, specialized educational settings, and individualized intervention programs, supporting learners with diverse abilities and learning needs.

I am also the founder of Impact International Learning Hub, an organization dedicated to empowering educators, aspiring behavior therapists, and professionals through quality training and professional development.

Why I Love Teaching

I believe that every individual has the potential to learn, grow, and succeed when given the right opportunities, guidance, and support.

My passion for teaching comes from witnessing the meaningful progress learners make, whether it is a child developing greater independence, a student overcoming a learning challenge, or an aspiring behavior therapist gaining the confidence to apply newly acquired skills.

I enjoy simplifying complex concepts, connecting theory to real-life situations, and creating supportive learning environments where students feel valued, understood, and motivated to succeed.

For me, teaching is more than sharing knowledge. It is about building confidence, developing practical skills, promoting independence, and making a lasting difference in people's lives.

My mission is simple: To positively impact humanity, one learner at a time
