My name is Kalle and I am originally from Sweden, I have been working as and operations manager within the call center business for over 6 years with employees up to as much as 200 at certain points. With thousands of important presentations, high level client interactions and much more I am confident I will be able to help you improve your ways of speaking and interacting in a business manner.

About the lesson

Assesment Phase- We will start by asessing your current state of skill before we move on to the improvement phase to set smart targets and bulletpoints tailored after your needs (the level of skill can be any at the start of this course).

Improvement Phase- Here is where the actual work comes in and we will practise togheter to make you a business magneet teach you how to get in, or out any situation in a professional way.

Control & Ensure phase- As a final step of this course, we will control your improvements and ensure that you have what you need. In this phase you will be coached and feedbacked based on performance and before finishing the course ensure that progress has been made!
