About Kadin
I am a physics major with minors in psychology, political sciences and journalism. I have a very strong grasp on the fundementals of algebra and calculus which is essential to doing well in most any science class.
I have never professionally tutored, but my friends often come to me when they are struggling and I help them figure out what they're not understanding. I think I am able to put seemingly complex ideas into vastly more understandable terms, which teachers and textbooks sometimes fail to do.
Interstingly, my passion (besides math ands science of course) is music!

My teaching method is ensuring a student understands the basics, and then gradually building into the more complex ideas. I have found that this method of teaching, if done correctly, cements everthing into a very stable and fundemental understanding of a topic. Students generally are struggling becuase a teacher/textbook may assume that the "basics" are already well versed for students, which can result in most new information going right over their heads (has heppened to me numerous times!). This is dangerous becuase then a student begins to keep falling further and further behind as more and more un-understandable (standable?) information is piled up.
