About Aggarwal
Why I Teach Yoga
Yoga started as a personal practice for me, but over time, it became much more than that.
Through my own practice, I discovered that yoga can be a space to slow down, breathe, reconnect with yourself and find some steadiness even when life feels overwhelming.
During some of my own difficult phases, my practice became a coping mechanism — something that brought me back to my breath, my body and myself.
With my practice and training, I want to share the knowledge I’ve received and create a space where you can move better, breathe deeper, feel calmer and become more connected with yourself.
I teach yoga not just to teach asanas, but to share the experience of coming back to yourself.
